fur babies

Well the time has arrived we are welcoming a new fur baby to our family! It has been almost four months since we lost our little baby cat Pudding. It has been a long road, we have grieved and have tried to heal and are moving forward.
Next Friday we welcome Paddy to our family. Paddy is a black mini Goldendoodle, he will be 8 weeks old when we welcome him into our home. We are so excited, this is our first puppy! We have been getting our house ready for Puppy. We have a bed, crate, toys and treats. But as we know you can never be ready for a new puppy so we are ready for an adventure. Any of you dog owners out there send me your suggestions, ideas and tips for a new puppy. Below are some pictures of when we went to visit our Paddy.

  3. Congrats on your new pup! Very adorable. Puppies are a lot of work, but so much fun. Our dog is 7 years old and I would highly recommend reading Cesar Millan's book, "Cesar's Way" (understanding common dog problems). Don't feed your dog grapes, onions, popcorn!

  5. My husband and I had a Shitzu for a little over 4 years. He developed a brain tumor and died only within a week of being diagnosed. Rowdy died on a Saturday night, and by Wednesday, DH and I agreed it was time to find anothe. That is when we found Maggie. We searched online and found her at Missy's Kennel. She is the light of our lives. We still Miss Rowdy soo much, but we don't know what we would do with out my princess. :))) Don't feed her things with bones, and especially grapes. They say grapes will kill them almost instantly. Just how her lots of love and let her know you are here for her and will not hurt her. Don't give her a bath to much because you will dry out her skin. We have just done that with Maggie. :(( IDK ifyou follow my blog or not, but I am always posting pics and storys of maggie. I haven't in a few weeks but haven't had time to get online.
